“The role of digital government in the organization of effective public services" training program covers such areas of digital governance as innovations in public administration, data-based decision-making, monitoring and evaluation of public services, the application of "big data" analysis and artificial intelligence in digital governance, and other topics.

The program is delivered by high level experts and officials of SAPSSI. Methods of delivery include lectures, case studies and exercises. Working language is English.
